I can not wait to hear from all the Ladies going to the preview events. I am hoping after I hear some more of your thoughts on the products, after you've seen them, it will help me decide what I'm actually getting...maybe.

My list hasn't changed that much (just skipping the nail polishes):
-BoaA
-Briar Rose
-Heartless
-Strange Potion
-Wicked Ways
Big maybes:
-Toxic Tale (if it's more orange than coral on my lips)
-My Dark Magic (if I absolutely love the shade)

I got to look at the collection today in person. Bite of Apple blush and violetta l/s are mine! The mineralized eyeshadows are pretty too.

When is the preview event? For some reason my postcards always go to my PO Box even though I have never had MAC shipped there
I haven't checked it lately so I am not sure if my store is having a preview party. Maybe I should call them Monday!

Let me in? I haven't heard of that one I am gonna go look it up and Buried I just saw the preview for it the other day and really want to see that. I am very curious on how they are going to have the plot play out.

I suck because I've had Push the Edge since last year's make up arts and I have yet to use it. That says nothing about the quality though because it is gorgeous. I think I need to look at swatches of PtE and Vile Violet to see how similar they are. Perhaps I don't need VV.
The link to the face charts is awesome. Really inspiring. The more I see, the more I know that I need Toxic Tale and Strange Potion. I will be in make up heaven.

Both those items were on my list too but I had to cut them...I've been comparing the swatches also, but you can never really tell online. Of course the finish is one difference. PTE is definitely darker. I want them both *sigh*
I wish VV wasn't a matte, even though it looks like it has great pigmentation. Ahhh, why do I have to love purples!

Comparing the swatches, I think VV is more blue than Push the Edge and of course, PTE has a metallic finish. I really want a blue toned purple, so I'm getting VV.
Sorry Teresita, I don't know of any dupes. All the purples I know of lean red.

Ahhg, I waited too long to rsvp for an preview party (I thought it was the same day as it went live online, woops), so I was scheduled for 8. Since it starts at 7 I'm wondering if it's even worth going or if everything will be sold out already?

Even if everything is sold out, you could probably still swatch products and then reserve. I say go
