Well Bite of an Apple was the one thing from the collection I wanted and it sold out before I could nab it. I had to wait for fiscal reasons. Oh well, it is Fate I guess. The cooling powder seemed interesting, but honestly I would have wanted this more in the hot summer when I could have used the effect to chill my face in the blasted heat.

I did not like the packaging. And the selling out of anticipated items leads me to speculate about the real availability and whether they are purposefully making highly anticipated items scare to drive up the popularity and hype. If so, lame on you MAC. I told myself I wasn't get obsessed again like I did with the ML and SR thang. The recurrence of this phenomena has me very, very suspicious of intention on the part of the company. I guess I can't blame a company for wanting to drive up the demand but wouldn't they make more money buy actually selling more products? IDK

I guess this collxn is a skip for me. But you know I will cave & probably buy that blush on e-bay. For ridunkulous price gouging too. I may impose a mandatory one month wait and see if I REALLY still want it after the hype dies down.

Lovelies! I wore Bite of an Apple today and it was soooooo beautiful on. Got that flush like I-just-saw-my-crush-and-he-just-smiled-at-me flush. Paired it with Devilishly Stylish on top of Kraft. Hubby did a double take, mission accomplished!

I agree Martiangurll. I am really kind of fed up this. You have to be online the minute they put it up (if you dont live anywhere near a store) and you dont even have a second to think about what you want to order. It's like, should it really be that hars to buy make-up. I'm sure I will buy mor MAC but, am just pouting right now!

Maybe MAC does the very limited quantity "ohmygoshitsoldoutihavetohaveit" online purposefully to drive their customers to the stores/counters to buy the coveted item & thus make more sales while you're there.

Now things are showing "sold out" for me because last night they sure didn't. This collection is moving steadily along. The money has been taken off my card. Glad I got my BOA and Briar Rose. I still want to go in the store and play, though. Go figure.

I just ran out for a couple of hours so I went barefaced(

)but I wore magenta liner and Violetta. Perfect.

I don't know about that and I say this because I remember people here saying how their store only received 3 SR or 1 ML ??? Yep, I saw a few posts that said "counter only got in 1 ML"...what the??? Or their stores received only 9 and so on and so forth. They are not even stocking up their stores and counters. Let me stop before I start coming up with conspiracy theories.

hee! huzzah for surprises! checked to see if funds were taken out for my orders yesterday (that 3D silver glitter called to me with it's disco fabulosity) and saw it had, but also saw that the mother o' me deposited money she borrowed.

yay for paybacks! now i could get stoopid if i wanted to later at the counter.

I just called and confirmed my pre-order!!!! She said they'll charge my card Thursday morning, and I can swing by anytime to get my stuff.

I didn't manage to cut anything else, but 14 things isn't bad, right?

I'm gonna be mad at myself if I can't get my hands on that Bad Fairy dupe when I could have easily bought BF at the preview. Hmph. Oh well. I'm happy that I got my Mean & Green. Think I'm gonna do a mani today and use it!

I'm almost scared! Haha.

I pre-ordered at my Macy's last week and ordered a little online yesterday. I'm still nervous wondering if I'll get everything I ordered or not, but if I don't, well, nothing I can do.

due to low stock!!
