Went back to The Bay MAC counter, re-swatched everything and decided I made the right decision in only buying 2 items
I was re-thinking Innocence, Beware! and Hue is just way too close with my colouring and pigmentation to buy it (cute packaging or not). I'm done with this collection!
Oh...and Rimmel also has a dupe for one of the n/p....
Rimmel 60 Seconds Vinyl Shine #875 Zeitgeist is a dupe for Mean & Green.

I FINALLY was able to find Innocence Beware at a local Macy's counter!
All of my calling around paid off! I am so freaking excited!
Now I think that I am done with this collection. Well that is if I don't end up buying DMD blush when I am at the counter this evening.

Well I'm pleased with the products I hauled from this collection. I'm also glad I've finished hauling MAC stuff for the year.
I swear I'm all but MAC'd out!
I think I must have purchased almost something from each LE collection and lots of items from the permanent line.
So for the next several months I will be busy mixing and matching and trying to find great color combinations!
Yee-Haw!!!
I love playing with make-up!!!
All of this buying has been fun but I'm so done with MAC I could scream!
Enough already!!!

If I had a dollar for everytime I said that I was going to shop my stash vs buy new LE stuff I would be rich!
I always try and rotate things so that I give everything equal love. It is sure hard though with all of the new stuff coming out.

Well I'm home now and I can actually compare Love Joy and Notable.
LJ is much lighter than Notable and has a soft shimmer to it.
Notable seems to be a matte - meaning there is no discernible shimmer and it is such a gorgeous shade!
Anyone should be able to wear it! If you don't own it already you should get it if a cco near you has it!
Next to Harmony, Ambering Rose, Format and several other blushes from MAC Notable is one of the best blush purchases ever!

I really like Nightmoth liner but only with similar colors. I really hate changing the color of a lippie. I only want to compliment and enhance it.

That's why I participate in the Shop Your Stash challenge.
Plus I always try to incorporate old with the new - mix it up and try to give all of my goodies a little love!!!
I read blogs, magazines, beauty books and belong to this forum so I can get more wear out of the stuff I purchase. I hate the idea that something isn't being used. I'm still trying to figure out how to give Black Knight more TLC than it is already getting!

thanks Erine for the swatch comparisons. I feel I can skip DMB cos I have Lovejoy. I dont have Notable, and may pick that up later. The main diff on my skintone (what I see) is that Notable has the most pink tone of the three, lovejoy is next (perfect balance of the pink/peach/bronze) and then DMB which has more peach than pink. I have P&P too, but it suits lighter skin tones better.

I tried it on tonight, with a little Heartless in the middle (thanks, Kiss, I believe it was you, for that look, it's killer!)
My husband did a double take; he liked. I said I was wearing "Dark Deed".
