VG1 is beautiful. I bought it once, and felt it was close-ish to Deeply Adored, NYX Alabama Matte lipstick etc etc and returned it. Maybe I'll be enabled again.

Here are swatches of Viva Glam I lipstick on NC 44 (in daylight), Ive had it for a while so its nothing new to me but I saw the thread had no swatches so...
In my opinion the camera makes it look a tad lighter than it looks in person but its the perfect (classy) red for any occasion.

p.s excuse the crappy application

I think they'd love to imply a shortage and create a frenzy of buying. I wonder if they will do a holiday set with a cute bag and both products?

I've wanted VG1 for a long time now, but LE collections always stop me, so today I snagged the l/s and l/g along with Fixed On Drama retro matte l/s. I'm definitely stocking up on vampy red and purple lippies to wear this this Fall! Lol.

That sounds odd? Mac is all about raising funds.. So would that mean maybe a new line of VG's? Hmm doesn't seem right

Yeah it's such a great program. I know they've raised tons of money. But who knows, maybe if they discontinue VG's, maybe they'll introduce a new product. Maybe.

I would LOVE a new line of VG's with more color variations, but keep 1 since it's been around since the beginning of time lol.

Plus, its not like we really have a cure for this so keep the funding going indefinitely.

Yes, I'm hoping that if this is true, they will just introduce more up to date colors. I know a lot of people love the current colors, but I'm sure the sales have slowed down over the years. If they just discontinue the whole line and not replace it, well it seriously may be time for me to move on to other brands.
