So, 2009 pretty much sucked!!! Some of you will agree. 2010 better be awesome.

Thanksgiving sucked. We had to cancel our plans to visit our son & wife because dh got an infection - agggghhh So we are really looking forward to Christmas! We just got back from spending the weekend with them & had a blast. We got to see their newly adopted kitty for the first time.

Anyhow - I know a lot of you here love kitties

so - I got a call from our son over the weekend. He said, you should have seen the 2 fuzzy kids - their dog & new cat. He was on the phone (if you have kids, this is when they seem to act up - when you're busy on the phone) & he hears angry barking, meowing, banging, running, & thumping... & ornaments breaking from off the Christmas tree.

They were just playing - made me laugh. Then he said they both wanted to go outside together like 10 times.

The adopted kitty when he showed up had his ribs showing, but now he has this rich thick shiny black beautiful fur with these piercing shades of green eyes. Very cute.

Oh, & I just ordered the lighter lip conditioner from W & C

I love this collection too. But then I am really into that natural no makeup makeup look right now. The girl in the promo pic looks just lovely!

I wanted to pick up Chamomile but in Karla's swatches I thought it looked a lot like Blanc Type...any thoughts on that?

I've added 2N to my list. Somehow I'm guessing it will go nicely with Brave New bronze. I hope I'm right. In the beginning I was able to make BNB look incredible on me and now I've lost the magic touch. Here's hoping 2N will keep me from looking like I ate 12 powdered donuts.

Can't wait to get my hands on the shadows! Chamomille, most of all. Dec 26th needs to happen now!

OMG why am I just now realizing that Warm & Cozy is online? I see it now on the Mac site. That's what I get for believing the original release date and being addicted to Cafe World on Facebook. Off I go to put in my order.

I forgot - he also mentioned that Brule was kinda close.

So, I swatched Brule, Daisychain & Blanc Type - & from how he described it to me, I think that Camomile is possibly a softer/lighter on the yellow side of Daisychain.

Brule - is more beige
Daisychain - more yellow
Blanc Type - is more on the beige side believe it or not

I am going to treat myself to some goodies from this collection - since it is up on the US site and the free overnight shipping is so tempting!

I'm going to pick up Warm Me Up lipstick for sure. Maybe one of the shadesticks. No MSF for me, I just find I do not use them frequently.

I saw Camomile today and that is exactly what I thought. Chamomile is a lot whiter than daisychain.

Cuddle shadestick is so pretty. It is a white gold and it goes on so creamy and smooth. Also by candlelight MSF is really shimmery. I was a bit disappointed although I am getting it anyways.

I also got a sample of the new mineralize lotion and I am super excited to try it. It is supposed to help with the texture of your skin. I have been so excited about the color part of this collection that I forgot about the mineralize lotion and the essential oils.

Thanks, that helps. I really want to know what you think of the mineralize lotion. And, I'm kinda bummed that by candlelight is so shimmery..ugghh

So which did you like more, Cuddle or Chamomile (realizing that I spelled it wrong all day)

Can I say that I liked them both equally?

That doesn't really help does it!?! I think that I would say that I like cuddle better but Chamomile is pretty but it can be easly duped IMO.

haha - yes you can - I would

I'm sure that chamomile can be easily duped, but I am obsessed with it because it's color tone goes so well with all the other colors. I was thinking that it would be a very pretty highlight like in the corners of the eyes & maybe under the bottom lash liner. What do you think?

I don't know about this collection. I'd like to see this in person before I buy. After going through my collection, I'm really trying to be conscientious about what I purchase...except for pigments, lol.

I think that it would make a gorgeous highlight for the inner corner and brow bone. Since it is a satin (which is a finish that I

BTW) it has just a little tiny bit of shimmer. It isn't too over the top.

I always really love a good highlight shade. I have too many but I can always use another I guess!

I'm so tempted too, but I have $60 worth of GC to Nordies so I don't want to have to spend extra- but the overnight shipping is awesome, and I'm worried that what if Nordstroms sells out before I get there

I am also eyeing Cuddle shadestick now, it looks like it'd be a gorgeous highlight.

do you guys think Comfort is gonna be too shimmery?? Shimmery MSFS do not agree with my face.. I end up looking like disco ball and my pores.. ugh!

I just love the promo pic and it looks like she is wearing sis and comfort.. i love the tan cheeks..
