Try calling their Customer service and ask for a supervisor as this was not your fault and happened to many others (which I would definitely point out) they should (
politely demand) track one down for you at one of their stores and have it sent to you. If that doesn't work fo under "contact us" and email their customer service" I'm pretty sure this goes to a different department or at least different people. I think you will get a differnt response. I hope so anyway, at least it can't hurt to try. Good Luck Sweetie
