Here's a link to Temptalia's comparison including those two. I think they're actually different enough to justify getting both. SC looks much more purple:

It looks more like the same base colour as Pomposity, if you have that one, although, being a Satin finish, it lacks Pomposity's frostiness. I generally find colours like this to be almost universally flattering, so it's hard to go wrong.

Well I love style curve - but I did get Spitfire because it really looks beautiful & different especially if ya do the trademark 'dab & smoosh' thingy

I'm sitting in my home office and I swear, if people don't stop honking their horns outside my windows, I'm going to kill those drivers and anyone who tries to stop me. Wish they could concentrate harder on their driving and less on making noise.

I was hoping there'd be face charts for this collection, as they seem to have been lacking recently, but that page seems to have vanished from the US MAC site! Or maybe I'm just blind.

I can't even begin to tell you how much I hate people laying on their horns all the time! I agree. That & people drive like idiots I swear.

I don't think I have anything like Spitfire ls. I think its really pretty.

I swear, I don't know what's wrong with my brain. Before posting I looked over at Temptalia. I think I must have blocked out that comparison post, because I was feeling all indignant in not getting anything from this collection. So tickled with myself. I think I subconsciously blocked out that WW comparison post of hers.
Now, looking at those comparisons, besides liking Spitfire, I'm really glad I ordered Heroine last night. I have bronze shimmer, and I like how Heroine looks next to it so much!!


I was just watching the news, here in Dallas and Ft Worth are sprinkled with wrecks and stuck cars alllll over. I'm so glad I don't have to drive in this. I love snow, not so much ice though!

I originally wanted the purple Opulash and Marquise'd, but at the moment I kind of feel like just taking the whole month of February off from MAC.
Like, the only part of me that wants to order those two things is the part that doesn't want to skip a collection. I think I just bought so much recently that I need a quick break to be ready for Jeanius and Quite Cute.

Love seeing you guys enjoy your purchases though!

I cant bring myself to buy anything from this collection... Wonder Woman doesnt really appeal to me, and Im not a fan of bright bold lip colors..

The plum eye pallet and the msf for contouring are the only things I can really see myself spending money on.... and I'll have to hold off until it releases in my Pro store to get them...

I wonder if MAC's new super-secrecy policy has anything to do with items not selling out in the 1st 24 hours.
For other collections we spend months working ourselves up into a frenzy about upcoming collections, and this one-- not so much.

^ no.. the new policies affect what information is given out or leaked too far in advance... this collex is just not going to sell out like many others did and MAC released it in order to catch up with the Dec debacle.. fiscally speaking. The collections everybody went crazy over were worth going crazy over and this one is not.. sadly.

There is! At least its on the Canadian site LOL If you go to the WW color collection page and scroll down to the bottom, there's a cartoon screen. You can scroll through several cartoon looks. Click on any picture and another window will pop up to give you the product detail.

Whew finally caught up on this thread! I had my work's holiday party last night so I havent had time. It was freezing outside but fun. It's -4 here right now, tonights low is -22! Good thing I saw that this collection was online right before I left! It's so strange that they released it this early. I love the animation on the MAC site!!! So cute!!! I hope we get to see pics of the tote and tshirt soon. The tote will prob be too expensive, but I'm just interested to see it.

I'm so very excited for my goodies... Marquise D' ls / Spitfire ls / Mighty Aprhrodite blush / I gave in and got Athena's Kisses lg. Esp since I'm passing on the Lightfully Bright glosses. I had the blue mascara in my cart but decided to pass. I might get it later if its still there. I decided to just get standard shipping, I'd rather save 5$ this time around.

All those that can pull of Heroine I envy you! I love the color but it would look absolutely horrible on me

Lol Shontay I had a feeling you would prob pick up a few things. hehe MAC's pull it hard to resist. Heroine will look stunning on you I think.
