Do I need Flatter Me? It's sitting in my cart and I'm deciding if I should buy..

Do you wear it alone or with a lipliner? I have quite a few dark lipliners it could work with I think Vino, Nightmoth and Burgendy.

I've only worn it with Nightmoth so far. I personally always wear liner with my darker lip colors, but you might be able to get away without it. Vino and Burgundy would work with it too, though they would make it a little redder. Just depends on the effect you want. Nightmoth is definitely the closest if you want to keep it truer to color.

Yeah I always wear a lipliner with my lipsticks especially if they're dark, red or pale and need some colour lol thanks for your opinion hun

CmD is super pretty on the cheeks I got it with the TT collection and have used it a lot on my cheeks since then.

How do you apply the Cheers My Dear pigment to your cheeks?

If I apply it "dry" (without MM shine or P+P Skin Smother) I pick up a bit with the 224 brush and dab it on my cheeks.Then I take a blush brush to work it into my skin.
The 109 works great for me.I do mostly pick up a blush (or BP,MB) before working it in because I like the mix of CmD + blush (BP,MB).

I hope this is understandable

I'm totally considering buying BU's of Flatter Me & Veronica's Blush while they are still up on Nordies but I am broke! ... I don't want to regret it later though ... Argh!

I don't back up blush or highlighters because I know I'll never get through them. Are you using them as blush or highlighters? Can you really see yourself finishing them before something else comes along that you love and want?

If you don't have extra cash at the moment, perhaps just pass on getting backups and enjoy these while saving future funds for upcoming collections.

You are definitely right ... I backed the blushes from the Marilyn collection and I have hardly even used the first ones! I ended up giving my BU's to friends for presents. Same with the Wonder Woman MSF ... barely even made a dent!

The Archie's design was just so pretty and unique! I am a total sucker for the novelty factor!

I'm the same I never back up powders or blushers as I know for a fact I wouldn't finish them because I'm not into blush much but I like wearing it from time to time.

Selfridges have done a restock on all their archie girls items think I'm going to order from them instead of waiting for MAC incase my items don't come for next delivery in time when I go away!

Thank you! The gold shimmer really is beautiful. At a normal distance you can't really tell what it is, your lips just have a lovely sheen. I do love it. I might buy a backup since it doesn't look like it's selling out anywhere... My wallet hates me, but I feel sorry for all the little Oh, Oh, Oh's without a home!

But in all honesty, it's a beautiful powder. Lovely color and it gives my cheeks an almost airbrushed quality. Not to mention it's so darn cute!

Okay, this is a late reply, but it is a reply. The mirror comes in a faux leather "sleave" and not a box. But they are both heart shaped and really, really cute.
Me too. I went back and did about six different hauls. (hanging head in shame)
That's only if I develop selective amnesia for the MM collection. Otherwise, there have been many, many money holes in the wallet. (and we are not even gonna think about April!)

Well, you ladies didn't talk me down, so I ended up with one (RR). Too bad I missed the restock on the brushes. On the other hand, it was a mercy for the wallet. Even if RR is the EXACT same as MAC Red, I am telling myself it was good to get b/c the finish is probably exquisite, right?

Now talk me down from DLG, because I do not need another fuchsia lippy in my life.

Yes the finish is great it's matte with a nice condition to the lips. DLG is pretty too it's a in between with OF and SW.

The finish of RR is awesome! It turned a pink red on my pigmented lips but I liked it and it didn't make my lips feel dry. I wore it without a liner and it didn't bleed and lasted for hours even after I had dinner and had a soda. I wiped it off last night and this morning my mom commented how it looked like I was still wearing it.

That's what I liked about it, that it wasn't drying at all, I reapplied few times the day I wore it but only because I liked the moisturized feeling that I don't normally get w the mattes, and I washed my face before bed, the color still lingered so in the morning when I took my kids to school my daughter was like u look pretty this morning and it was just Chapstick over my RR stained lips : )

You know I tend to do that when I buy stuff get all excited and don't play w my new items but this line I have actually worn everything I've bought and I wasn't even excited for this line kinda weird lol get to PLAYING w ur new stuff!!
