You actually can do orders via Live Chat. I do that all the time. I have them search stores for me and place orders. Kinda how I was able to get my Kate Spade Keds bc they were out of my size online. I just don't know if you can when there's no page for an item yet.

I did it with the matte lip collection. They had forgotten to put Living Legend on the site so I ordered it with live chat. However the other items had already launched--I've never heard of ordering via live chat before a launch...
