Shoot, I need Love Long Distance lol, I can see using it as a layering color like Warp Speed is. T looks great in Dear Diary! Heart Hangover is such a wine color.

I didn't want to respond until I saw lip swatches, but people were saying that Booyah might be a dupe for Sail la Vie. T's swatches confirm that it isn't a dupe. I think it looks much more orange where SLV pulls orange with more red undertones on me at least. That ones a skip for me cause I LOVE my SLV!

We've seen colors like Dear Diary and Booyah numerous times. Nevertheless when I was at update and swatched them I thought they were gorgeous colors. If you don't have anything bold like Dear Diary or Booyah, I'd say go for them. But I have CYY, Morange, etc. so these were a skip for me. You're Perfect Already was my favorite.

I grabbed that one too! I hope my hunt for the PERFECT nude lippie can end with YPA! Can't wait to try it out! And of course I have my Have to Have It lip liner all ready to pair it up with as recommended by fabulous YOU my dear!! Have you compared YPA to CC Have a Lovely Day? I'm wondering if they are too close to justify both. And if so, which one do you think is better?
Shellcat got both, so I'm waiting on her verdict too! Hope I didn't mess up by skipping HaLD for now...

^___^ I'm glad you are enjoying my recommendation! We played with the BD and CC collections all in the same day. I swatched all products on my arm but only a good 7 lip products (from both collections total) on my lips including YPA and HaLD. (On me) YPA is a neutral nude and HaLD is a pinky nude and it's darker than YPA. The textures are also different. I would pair a liner like Have to Have It with YPA, but I can get away with wearing HaLD. I'm NW43. Since my lovebug, Shell is your skin twin I think her comparisons will help even more!
I asked one of the mac reps on line and they have no idea. She gave me an email address to email someone if I want to ask but I'm not that motivated.
Great swatches- as a hot pink fan, do you think it's worth having both ccy and dd? Dd looks like it might be a brighter version of my beloved show orchid...?CYY, Pink Pigeon, Dear Diary, Quick Sizzle

Thanks! Wish I bought Show Orchid, such a pretty color. That is a great question though, probably not. But DD is more wearable and feels better on than CYY. I'm happy with both!

That drives me absolutely nuts when companies have things in their promo pics they have no intent on actually selling. why would you do that?

After seeing the swatches I'm happy with my choice. I'll pick YAP from the pro store to save on shipping. I'll buy a new Inglot palette with the money I was planning on spending.
