what happened to the lipstick that was a cremesheen before did they change the formula to a lustre all of a sudden?

Ugh why do the lipsticks have to be lusters?! They both sound super pretty but if they have barely any pigment I'll be passing on them both. I am interested in both lipglasses and the bronzer/blush duo though!

More lustres?! :pooh: I thought they were cremesheens. I'm still interested in Halcyon Nights, maybe the powder blush and maaaaybe the lipsticks.

Thanks! I'd like one of the lipsticks and them being lustres are probably the only way those shades will work for me.

Possibly interested in one of the palettes, pending swatches, but that's it. The lipsticks are pretty, but I already have enough colours like that.

Thanks to @jennyap for the colorstory!
Lustres?

Only the blush duo sounds good. I would not mind a Plushglass - some Explosion on my lips - but since I'm neglecting my 100 lipglasses already, so... I wish they'd bring out some new Patentpolishes at least - I'm going to get these ones in the Holiday sets!

Thanks for the info, Nay, Jenny, and M.Emporium! :)

I don't know why the fuss over the lipsticks being lusters because Ellie barely wears any lipstick except for sheer and maybe glossy. For once the color story is actually true to her style, lol. I don't know but if this collection didn't had her name attached it would've looked like a Laguna Beach (anyone remember that messy show) inspired collection.

The lipsticks are a major pass for me alongside any other lustre Mac may have in store for us. The blush duo totally skipped my mind, that might be the only thing I pick up from this dull collection.

I'm not sure that the lipsticks are both Lustres. The Without Your Love that I had says Cremesheen on the bottom not Lustre. Maybe it's another Heaux mistake!

That could very well be the case, they don't really look like Lustres to me. It wouldn't be the first time MAC mixed up info regarding finish, name or amount of product.

So true! (Faux Heaux comes to mind...)

Also any info we get before MAC officially announce a colour story is subject to change, as most of us know.

I thought so too like you! that these don't look like lustres definitely more like cremesheens. I like cremesheens for lighter/nude colors though so lets hope!
