Aww thank you!Thank you NATlar!! I was just scrolling down and saw yours too. You look great!!
If you like wearing lip gloss, it looks gorgeous with a gloss over it which does help with the dryness. It actually does keep the colour if you apply a gloss over (well it did for me) unless you sheer it out with it.I wanted SLN because it looked so good on Karen, but if it's drying, I'll have to pass.
For some reason mi iPad isn't allowing me to add my pics all at once... Anywho, here's SLN again my lovies..lol
Oh yesssss beautiful on you!! It looks so good on darker skin! I cant wait for mine!!! Its already out for delivery.
Thanks! Maybe I can wear it with a gloss. Fingers crossed!!!I hunt for the 'perfect' orange lipstick the way that some people look for their HG red lippie. My SLN should arrive shortly and I hope it's the orange that I've longed for!
FN was a deeper orange with some red in it. Red would definitely bring out the green undertones (as they're complimentary colours). SLN doesn't have any red at all in it! Try using a straight up orange liner or gloss with FN to lessen the bit of red in it. And as always, keep the rest of your makeup minimal so the focus is on your lips.erine (or anyone else who has an opinion i'm slightly hesitant to try SLN since my last orange lipstick purchase (fashion nomad) i felt like it brought out too much green undertones in my skin. do you have any suggestions for how i can perhaps balance out this problem with the rest of my makeup? (i range between nc 43 and nc 45 depending on the season.)
Sorry :haha:Thanks! Now, you got me wanting to try every color in this photo.
Thank you Medgal!! I really believe this will suits many skintonesPretty Honeybee you look so pretty.I love Sounds Like Noise with your turquoise top. So amazing. Oh, and you have a really gorgeous smile!!!
ok, reassuring about SLN...and i will give FN another shot while i'm at it!Sorry
Lemme know how it works out! You can also try a foundation with a slightly warmer undertone (nothing too red as to completely change the colour of your face) to cancel out the olive in your skin. That way you're neutralized and the green won't show.ok, reassuring about SLN...and i will give FN another shot while i'm at it!
Lovely!!!SLN *just* arrived at my doorstep! I am hooked already and kind of want another one...need to find a lip liner for it though. I have the Sephora + Pantone lip gloss set from last year, and have barely touched it. The shimmery clear shade that comes with it pairs PERFECTLY over this for some shine (though I'm not wearing it in the photo below).
It looks great on you! It looks quite natural. For some reason mi iPad isn't allowing me to add my pics all at once... Anywho, here's SLN again my lovies..lol
They have one called orange.Lovely!!! NYX has an orange liner that I forge the name of that I am thinking of checking out to see if it works.
