I got my box! I ordered both glosses and they were in the wrong boxes and incorrectly labeled. Ugh. (NC42 for reference): Gold Mirror Mirror: Roxo (Straight out of the tube, I was too impatient to bust out the lip brush): I can swatch Ruby and TR too if anyone wants, I just need to give my lips a break.
i LOVEEE the glosses on you. Especially Gold Mirror.

It's just annoying to me because some people are just being sent the correct one.
This is probably gonna be like proenza. At the beginning when people started to call about receiving the wrong blush, they were told that they would be sent the right one overnight (happened to me) but then once everyone started to receive the wrong one, MAC took about a week to decide what to do

They can't send it to you now because they don't have any. When I called MAC Pro I was told that they were out of stock but expecting more by the end of next week. I was told mine would automatically be shipped but if you don't hear from them by next Thursday or Friday then call them back. Hopefully they won't just refund and will be able to fill the order. This is the first time I've ever received mislabeled product from MAC but during the whole RiRi broken/damaged lipstick fiasco they did the same thing....had to wait until they got more stock and then they shipped the replacement.
I think the lady I spoke to had no clue what was going on. I just would hopefully like to know what's happening before Thursday so that I can get the correct l/g when it launches in store

Sadly....you might have to order both from Nordies just to be safe. Not sure how they'll handle replacements if their inventory is incorrect also. I think they usually make you return product....even if they can't replace it....if you want a refund at all. Might be wrong about that though

Did they ask you if u had actually rec'd your product yet? Mine is standard ship. Worried if I wait till it arives it will be OOS

With proenza, they didnt make me retturn my sunset beach and i got a refund

Well I am pissed. I ordered Gold Mirror and did in fact receive Mirror. I called customer service and the woman told me that someone would be in touch about the resolution of this issue before the end of next week. Next week! Uh no, just send me Gold Mirror. Now I am concerned they won't send it to me, they'll just refund my money.
WELLLL MAC pulled another fast one lol my friend ordered them and had the same thing happen but she wasn't lucky enough to just get two so she could just deal-she wanted back ups of mirror and ended up with 1 mirror and 4 gold mirror. The boxes are correct with the labels on the bottom but the colors are reversed like you said.

She called Mac and they told her they'd know by the end of next week. Issue is: the collection comes out on the 5th so they're trying to check what's in stores to see if it needs to be pulled. They may send new ones, they may refund, they don't know how many have issues yet. My friend is pissed but I think she may end up with a cool set of rare products I.e. Rodarte. Glad I skipped so far but man I would be half laughing but mad inside a little too. So you're not alone. They've screwed up again.

If you haven't heard from them by Wednesday you might want to go ahead and get it in store. Once you've got it you can call MAC back and tell them you don't want the one they are supposed to send you and have them refund you. Shouldn't have to go through all of that but MAC apparently dropped the ball on this. Guess they don't bother to have things inspected before final delivery...especially if it looks like everyone that ordered the glosses got the wrong one.

Ruby is the 'True Red' in this case, its a Red that many of you probably have in your collection of lippies, just amplified. I would consider it a Cherry Red. Its bold
Pretty! True Red is super orange! Looks great on you! But I think i got some dupes in my stash somewhere...still beautiful on you!

Its a Gorgeous orange red. Its not an orange, orange on me. The texture is soft smooth creamy. Its very very similar to my VERY BELOVED Chanel Incandescent lipstick

I can't believe the blush is still in stock here, that's close to a miracle.


Peach Beige on NW18. Keep in mind I did have on HGL earlier and it stained slightly but mostly at the edges.

I really like it on you :)

I received my package because it was shipped overnight so I started the call out by saying is just opened my package. They aren't going to ship you out a replacement when you haven't received your order yet. Without it you don't actually know yours is screwed up (although honestly it probably is). When they pull up your order number they can easily see if your package has been delivered to you just by checking the tracking number if they wanted to so I wouldn't lie about it. You can always call them and tell them your concerns...never know what they'll say but I wouldn't be surprised if they tell you that you need to wait until you get it to make sure.

That's good. Hopefully they'll do the same thing if they can't replace these for people
