$30 for a lipstick? Nope. Thinking this is going to be a skip for me. The packaging is beautiful but not an extra $14 beautiful.

I was expecting Proenza prices. Why such a jump? Do the couture prices usually vary this much?
I think it is the normal couture prices. I've never gotten anything from the couture collections before, but it does seem to be on par with the Marcel Wanders pricing from a few years ago. I've got so much stuff coming up that I just don't think I'll be able to even try and splurge on something from this and right before Christmas too.I was expecting Proenza prices. Why such a jump? Right with you... and speaking of Christmas, do we know what the holiday collection is yet?I think it is the normal couture prices. There have been a few mentions in the early buzz thread about it, but as far as colour stories and pics I haven't seen any.Right with you... and speaking of Christmas, do we know what the holiday collection is yet?
That packaging is gorg!!!
Wow this collection is pricey! So pretty though.http://www.wkrq.com/2014/08/22/prabal-gurung-for-mac/ "The products are packaged in opulent gold casing with Prabal’s name emblazoned on them. They carry a higher price tag than normal MAC pieces, with a bronzing powder, a cream color base and a square-handled buffer brush each retailing for $70. Three eye-shadow duos will cost $40 each, and three lipsticks and three Lipglasses will sell for $30 each. Finishing the collection is a black eye pencil, $20, and a Chromagraphic pencil, also $20." Damn...bronzer for $70? Not sure how reliable this source is though...
Hahahah my same reaction, for a CCB though!?!?!?!? :shock:That compact!! Thank you for sharing! Oh boo, a bronzer? A beautypowder would have been nice. And $70 for a CCB?
Oooh wow :eyelove:
yeah...So I'll probably be getting all those lipsticks. I love purples and you can never go wrong with red. The brush looks super weird to hold in the other picture though
