Honestly her smaller brushes aren't that great once you use them more. I am a big fan of her brushes but the bigger ones are the best.
That's weird, I just looked at my receipt and paid $39.99. Oh well. I just washed with regular ol' dish detergent and water. I didn't have any bleeding issues. That's what I was afraid of with her previous set with the 4-pack mint colored brushes, but nope no bleeding.

I was thinking I will just tell them the web price if the discount didnt apply at stores, but I didnt have to. It priced at $35.99 directly! Maybe they updated it later during the day? I went around 12 est.

Probably. I went at 8AM because the lady told me they would only be getting two and all other stores in the area were receiving low stock also, so I didn't wanna miss out.

I made a mental note to check the price but completely forgot when I got to the register. I'm going to call the store and see if they'll credit me the difference. Anyway, since stores are getting low stock, I had enough funds to grab a second one for someone just in case someone misses out.

They are soooooo soft!!!
I'll be completely honest though: I noticed one of the bigger brushes was shedding a bit (and I had not used it, I was just feeling on them). And a few of them had a weird smell (probably from the dye) but I washed them and they're okay now and don't have that smell now. It wasn't a bad smell, just a weird one. Nothing really shed when I washed them. The quality is the same and typical for Sonia Kashuk. I do use her brushes daily so I can't complain too much. I like them.


And I'm guilty of ordering a second set of brushes-- Slightly to compare and also because I want one set to use and one to just drool over. I don't know why in-store it was $39.99 and online it was $35.99.

Ugh, it's so freakin' pretty! Purple is my favourite colour!!!

Thanks for the feedback! I really like the brushes of her's that I have too so I'm really going to try and track these down because I absolutely love purple anything!

The brushes are beautiful. I have never tried Sonia Kashuk before. I have just started using Real techniques and I really like those. Does anyone know how they compare. I hope my store has these brushes tomorrow afternoon when I can go.

I went to my store on Sunday and they weren't on display and the girl went in the back and told me they had them but they weren't allowed to sell them yet?? But I went back yesterday and I got the last set, and paid $35.99 (plus an extra 10% off through the Cartwheel app - make sure you check that too!). I can't believe stores only got 2 sets, that's crazy! I feel extra lucky to have gotten mine now. Hope it does come back online for all you ladies looking for them, they're so beautiful!

Well, I don't know about all the stores. I just know the ones in my area, of South Jersey, received low stock because she checked through for me.

The mint ones are amazing!!!! I even bought my mom a set. I'm trying to resist getting another pack since they're marked down now. Haha

Both of my local stores are now out of stock on the brushes, BUT I can get to another store by train 11 miles away that have 5 sets in stock. They will only hold until closing.

I just picked a set up from my local store- they weren't out on the shelves, so I gave them the DPCI at customer service and they pulled one out of the back for me. My store only got 2 sets as well!

I bought a little ecoTools set of 5 brushes and a case to take to Bali. I used it a couple times and I was going to gift it to someone there, but somehow i lost it. So i went to Target to replace it for my up-coming 2-week camping trip, but they were out of it.

I'd checked the purple Sonia Kashuk brushes on Target's website. The site was out of stock, but it said my local store had them. Nope, not in the SK display. So i asked someone if she could help me. I mentioned that they might be in back. And, bless her heart, it took a while but she did find them!

I'll be loading up my car tomorrow morning for the 3 day drive, and they're in there waiting for me,
