This is exactly what RiRi doesn't look like one me btw. It is indeed a bluer and darker version of Ruby Woo. Somehow I can't get the camera to pick up on the colour correctly...

No way-----think about the little red bikini and the holidays that occur during the warmer months (Memorial Day, Forth of July) and the color red associated w/both. Red can be a warm happy color---like yellow.

I LOVE my RiRi Woo! I have Ruby Woo as well and I like RiRi better. It is so smooth and looks great on my caramel complexion. I may have to get a bu of this. Will post pics later!!!

I too thought Riri Woo was much smoother and creamier than my Ruby woo. But then my Ruby woo is 3 years old...
I think all of Mac's matte lippies released in the past year have had great texture.

It's a vibrant red, so I think it's great for summer. Ack, here it goes. I lined with MAC Cherry lip pencil. I've finally posted a face pic. I'm no longer a liar.

omg looking back on my notes on my phone i saw that Erine had stated for the Fall Collection there will be a RiRi Woo Lip Liner!!!! im so getting 2 of these maybe even more (there will also be a Talk that Talk lip liner so im def going to get that also) *ill post this in the other riri hearts mac thread

I don't have Ruby Woo so I don't mind that Riri Woo is similar to it (from the looks of the swatches).

I got my ririwoo today. I've never owned a retro matte before and I love the formula! I've had it on 6 hours and it still looks good. I need more retro mattes, I hope I like the other colours in the next collection.

I feel the same way! My makeup is on by 7am and the color is still vibrant and doesn't feel dry at all. My lips feel like velvet.

I am in agreement with you. I don't see a whole lot of other differences, except of course the finish. SO, its, blue red (matte), bue red (matte), orange-red (less matte), blueish red + shine for the last three. Don't laugh, I am serious too. =)
