OMG is it this serious to purchase a lipstick? Ive had it in my cart twice and their server times out so I go back to an empty cart. Now I'm just waiting. It's been 20 minutes of a blinking screen. If I didn't already have to stare at the screen I wouldn't even bother with this....

I was about to give up... I was so close, just trying to change the card on the payment page and it timed out with an error (on my phone). Tried on my laptop and was sitting on the same page for ten minutes. Re-loged in on my phone and there it was in the cart with the correct payment option and billing address. All I had to do was hit submit. I got my confirmation right away. Chaos, but I guess it could be way worse!

omg i just lucked out. since i had opened 2 browsers on my computer at first before for this and i ordered one for me on my phone and then one for my sister on safari... i just went right now and reopened google chrome and there it was in my cart! so i placed another order for BU under my account so we shall see if they cancel it or cancel both my orders lol. but at least i have a second chance when i go to the concert on sunday (if its not sold out either )

I would close the page Mizani that happened to me right when it went up. I had to close it and bring it up again for it to go through.

You're taking a chance lol but atleast it comes out again. I'm thinking of getting another one because I'm afraid my other order will get cancled because of the billing address is not matching my address uggh.

If you can close the page and then open it back up again. I actually did that twice and finally was able to get through. Don't believe them when it says not to close the page...i took a chance.

I placed 3 different orders. All with the same account and address. Each order took longer to go through than the previous one. I want a BU of this release because I'm not keen on the pictures I've seen of the special packaging. Something about how the signature looks. I may get one with special packaging later, but eh. When I placed my orders, the message I saw was 1 lipstick per order/transaction. I hope none of them are cancelled. I bought the double PRO palette with inserts in my first order, so that would suck.

I'm not... peeps apparently ordered things 4 at a time to multiple addresses or using multiple accounts. That is how things showed up on ebay as presales with 100 available.... By limiting it to 1 at a time the scalpers have to work a wee bit harder

i hope so it should be ok but we will see. i would hope that MAC would not keep selling lipsticks if they are already sold out

Yes it's a blessing and a curse because u might want 2 but aleast u can get one unlike the marylin collection that sold out so fast I was so upset do this is a fair way
