You're not actually attempting to approach this with logic, are you? Sheesh.
The fall collection will probably be a big haul for me. I love fluidlines, I have no Mattenes, there are new fall blush colours and I love what I can see of the eyeshadows. I know this and I'm sure I will indulge then (and in the holiday collection, even for gifts).

I'm all about strategic shopping!

I was wondering why so many people hate frosts. I got TCAS from Hey, Sailor and it's a frost and I like it. Maybe the others aren't as good? Was wondering.

It's my favorite l/s from HS. I only like frost finishes during the summer, so RG will be a nice treat.

 Probably, yes. Unless I see lip swatches of the nude where it looks awful, I want it. If we don't get the collection over here, I'll have to look for a CP or stalk ebay. :sigh:

I'd rather be safe than sorry if you really want it, with MAC in Europe you never know....

Awe thanks hon. Hmmm, I dont know, I do have a nude mattene. I just never wore it. Maybe I need to take that puppy put for a test drive.

I like the black with gold nails, but my fingers are small (my hands are the size of a 7 year old's) so press-on nails don't work on me.

If i can i'll test the nude and the gold lipsticks. Not buying the nude unseen because most nudes lean orange on me, which i don't care for. And i have a number of gold lip products, so this would have to look special (lustre? iridescent?).

It is a nice small collection of products - nude lips and nails, gold lips and nails, red lips and nails - but not exciting for me.

I sure HOPE thats it...cuz i really dig that lipstick... not sure if that really fits the description they're giving of a matte "pale peachy nude" though, so I have no idea.

For me it's just a personal preference. I've never liked the way they look on me.

i'd say the same for me...i often like how frosts look on other people, but i don't like how they look on me. i think my opinion of how they look on me has definitely changed over time...in the mid 90's my everyday lipstick was fetish, which, pretty colour, but i can't imagine myself wearing anymore...

Frosts look like crap on me... I tried one of the Marcel Wanders lipsticks and I just couldn't do it....I usually have pretty dry lips with a lot of lines...

...its just not an attractive look on me...lol.

yeah, i've tried a few in the past few years, but i've finally figured out that i just can't do it...for me i just find they look too reflective...somehow it's jarring against my face! maybe i haven't found the right shade, but the mattes and satins tend to work much better for me...

I like my lipsticks sheer for the most part... so I mostly buy Lustres... lipstick is usually more of an afterthought to me...just needing something to balance out my eye/cheek colors that is low maintenance...I like when they're sheer cuz i can just throw them on in the car, etc...don't have to be too careful not to get it applied perfectly, etc.

Since i'm a lipstick addict, i think i'm going to to buy all the lipsticks, I can imagine ruffian red looking like queen's sin by layering Ruffian naked on top =)

Color Story description says classic blue red... So I many have to take a serious look now.
