I think you'd like revlons new lip balm stains. They feel like lustres on me, their even a lil better. They stay smooth and dont dry down like lustres. And they start sheer and build up. The colors are awesome!

Hope we get some swatches of the gold soon! Thats the only one I'm interested in now.

I like my lipsticks sheer for the most part... so I mostly buy Lustres... lipstick is usually more of an afterthought to me...just needing something to balance out my eye/cheek colors that is low maintenance...I like when they're sheer cuz i can just throw them on in the car, etc...don't have to be too careful not to get it applied perfectly, etc.

Ooooh...are you talking about the Lip Butters or something else? I have some lip butters but I never really wear them...the ones i have are a little more pigmented than I'd like,

I might take a look at Ruffian Red because it's a matte because I adore MAC's mattes.

it says blue red...but it looked orange red in 2 pictures.... hmm lighting, camera, people's skin tone and lip color... i dont know. but I'm still not to exited about the lippies.

I called the MAC pro store in LA and they usually do holds, however, they told me they don't have a Ruffian collection out yet, I thought it was suppose to be released next week?

I got a closer look at the gold one today via that picture in the July 2012 Glamour. Super gorgeous for layering. I can see this working over holiday l/s as well. May have to break my rule and buy a back up. Are these going to cost more than perm l/s?

I think we are all just going to have to buy it blind! Could be interesting... I would like to try the red, but I'm just not sure about the gold. I'm so pale that I could never work alone. I saw someone mentioned layering it, which could be an interesting adventure. I've been stalking the site for the last week. Psycho!

I'm just going to get the Naked one and fly blind... (and hope it doesnt melt). I have other reds that I never wear and I wouldn't wear the gold one...so just the Naked for me.
