I'm sorry Red Racer and Runaway Red didn't work for you. Have you tried an orange based red before? Maybe you'll like orange based reds more than blue based reds. If that's the case i think Ruffian Red will work for you. I'm crossing my finger that you'll finally like a RR!
And yes MAC should get a new person to write the descriptions

Yes you definitely have another chance in SeptemberNow i kinda regret not getting Ruffian Naked, but i guess i get a second chance in september. If i still want it then i'll get it. I really like all lippies on you, but Ruffian Red i like the best
I think Gold and Red are going to be hot, but I think Naked will be around for a smidgen longer before it sells out, but that's just my inkling. Thank you! Ruffian Red makes me want to throw all my other red lipsticks in a dungeon. Forget about it!Pinkdollface

That's interesting, because on me SLV pulls a lot more orange than SI. It's so difficult to decide on back ups with all these amazing lippies coming out. I'm happy i can wait till the Marilyn collection is released. If you decide around that time you want another back up just send me a pm and i might be able to get it for you when it releases here.
Thank you! I'm just trying to decide how many BUs to getI'm shocked because it's a matte, but I'll be damned this is so smooth and creamy, even out of the tube. I'm sure it will look more luscious with a lip liner, I was just lazy and didn't want to go through the steps just to take it off right after I snapped the pic. I'm surprised it doesn't seem to pull very warm on me, at least not as warm as SLV or SI show. I hope it doesn't sell out before I hem and haw over it. Then there's the true-red from Marilyn to consider, too. Hmmmmm.
You can kind of see the differences in the picture, but just looking at them straight on, they definitely stand out from the other lipsticks swatched and they blend in to one another, so they almost look the same. From the perspective of how they pull on me and my lips and how it appears in real life, I would say RR is the most red, SLV is between, then SI is most orange.

Repeat lol.

I'm exactly the same with back ups now. I counted my lippies last week and i have 55 now and two more are on their way. So i really don't need all these back ups, but i just love some colours so much that i never want to run out.
You're welcome. I don't want you to get too much back ups now and regret it later on when more beautiful lippies come out, but i also don't want you to be sad that you didn't get back ups. That's a bit of a problem with mac sometimes. You don't have enough time to decide on back ups. If you want it you have to buy it now or never.

The price in the US is $25 so i guess €28 for us, but i'm not sure. Karen said that you should be able to use them 3-4 times if you're careful.

Ruffian Red looks amazing on you!!!Maybe my lips are more sensitive than Temptalia's, but I do find Ruffian Gold to be gritty! Layered by itself I was like ee gads, just like sand. It's not uncomfortable or too annoying, but it definitely feels gritty to me.
Anyways. Lip swatches!
My lips without lipstick. I have prep + prime lip and Jack Black lip balm to hydrate.
Ruffian Naked. It's different. I'm undecided whether it makes me look dead, but there is a definite pink hue to it, and I think the beige in it is complementary. If I had a darker eye look it might be a-ok
Ruffian Gold. Me likey. I can forsee just using some balm and dabbing this ever so slightly in the center of my lips and good to go, out the door.
Ruffian Red. No lip liner or concealer, just straight from the tube. I thiiiiiink I'm in love with this red

Duckrodeo you look gorgeous!!! I love the gold, the red and the gold w/red on you. The naked color I don't know for myself. It's pretty, but I feel it will wash me out. Light lippies don't do me any Justice anymore. I like my lippies to be bright, bold and dark(ish) now. Thank you so much for the photos.
