MAC X Toledo Collection (Feb 5, 2015)

I should really stop reading all your posts because I am starting to get the urge to get all three reds in this collection. I don't have many reds. Just Heaux and RiRi Woo really and I am getting that itch to expand that part of my collection. 

I must say you do have two beautiful red and Berry lipsticks.

Can't wait to see how OB looks on you Jill. The formula is amazing, reminded me of the Luxe formula of the Ultimate lipsticks it was that lightweight.

The reason I passed up on it was because it looked similar to Opera and Victoriana. If they were not identical twins they looked like fraternal twins. Lol

They're definitely close, TV just has that real bright vibrancy along the lines of Kinky, where the other two dont and it pulls a bit more orange. I love it,but I think if you pass on it, you may not regret it if you have a large red collection already and are trying to hold off on buying more reds.

Do you mind doing a comparison swatch of Tenor Voice and Kinky, please?

I might be crazy, but I think that Oxblood is *slightly* peachier than Kinda Sexy on my lips...

thanks for the comparison swatches! Toledo will be released in March over here, so I'm still waiting to take swatches myself. Tried KS last week and it did not look amazing on me (nice, but not as great as it looks on the ladies who've shown photos here), so I guess I'll skip OB, sigh.

No problem! Yeah, I have been a freak looking for a dupe for that Revlon shade since it was d/c about a year ago, so I have a million of that type shade (and still haven't found a perfect dupe). If you didn't love KS, chances you won't love OB. I felt the same way about KS at first though, then it grew on me.....

Thanks for the comparisons. I have everything here except the Revlon lipstick. I used to love Velvet Teddy but rarely wear it now. However I am in love with Oxblood. It is my new favorite nude shade.

I passed by a couple Mac counters at the mall this weekend just out of curiosity and most of the products were wiped off the display and replaced with permanent options, I guess Vday helped the cause too because I saw a couple guys by themselves there looking totally lost in the midst of chaos.

They deserve some love too, especially for the price Sweet Cream was LE but Bare It All is a must-have if you like this shade family.
