That's awesome! They are really cool when it comes to that stuff. I had an order that included some brush cleaner and a tiny bit leaked out. It wasn't a ton, but enough to mush up the box. I called them about it and they also sent a new bottle overnight and I was allowed to keep the other bottle that was still practically full. I always secretly hope something goes just a little wrong with my shipment

This reminds me of my friend who bought a Lip Gelee and it leaked in her purse. It was a Juicy Couture purse, so she called and they replaced the purse and gave her a years worth of Lip Gelees or something like that. Two for every month or something along those lines.
