love the eye colors!! so if you dont mind me asking, how did you loose the weight? any advice? i went on weight watchers last year and lost 25 pounds then gave up cause i was tired of eating the same thing over n over.. but im ready to try again.. so any advice!! 50 pounds is awesome!! how long did it take?

Well ladies.
I lost my weight using the now contraversial Atkins diet. I have been on it since March 05. I do exercise regularly too.
I have a barely functioning pancreas and gallbladder which makes it much harder for me to lose weight, so if I can do it...anyone can.
I am happy to answer any questions about low carb dieting so pm me if you have a query.

Thank you for all the compliments. I'm so glad I found an environment full of make up nuts like me.
