Maidenchant Blushcreme

Personally I did not care for Maidenchant at all. I tested it on the inside of my wrist and I am very fair. It looked extremely frosty, glittery, and silver. It is an extremely cool pink that is almost purple. In fact, I wasn't even sure it was pink. I don't think this is a shade most women could pull off.

I just tried using it with a fluffy blush brush and it actually looks beautiful! Not sweaty at all - just nice and shimmery. Definitely try this if you were having the same problen that I was!

I love Sweet William, and bought both Maidenchant and Lure and tried them both tonight - they will be going back asap.

I am very disappointed needless to say, too glittery and the color on Maidenchant was barely there, I tried with fingers and 2 brushes, nada though it looked wonderful on my hand...too bad.

I posted a FOTD with me wearing it. I love the color so much! (i'm an NW20) I think it's really cute! and ladies, if you have more oily skin, don't use a lot of it. little goes a long way. and i'm tellin ya... try Studio Fix Fluid foundation. Works wonders for oily skin!

This is my first blushcreme, and i love it. I thought it was too glittery when i swatched it too...but then i tried it on and i didnt even notice the glitter. As for Lune, i thought this one was way too light, i asked one of the MA's there and she agreed.

I did a MACchat the other day asking about the Lure blushcremes. I mentioned to the person that I sometimes dust Melon on my cheeks a bit for a glowy look (I'm NC37-ish) and she said that Lune would do about the same effect on me. I'm going to the store today to give it a try myself, but, I'm more interested in trying out maidenchant. who can pass up a "post-naughtiness" look?

I second this, you only need a little tiny bit of maidenchant.
