O.K. Here are my swatches.


From top cafe au lait,my fave,espresso line,black ink,sand dunes returning back too shimmery for my taste and last is almond cream.
I will test black ink on my waterline today when i get home and let you now what i think. There is a golden metallic shade just like sand dunes but i did not boither to get it cause i do have a lot of similar shades and it will probably end up looking very glittery like sand dunes.the matte ones are really worth getting if you find them.they are so creamy and very pigmented.

I like sand dunes it looks something like the pencils in TR. Maybe I will get that sand dunes instead.

Yes but she's not in NYC like me, she said the display had every color I can see if they are still there when I talk to her. No luck today but tomorrow I will try less populated drugstore.

I'm in NYC too and I've been to 3 rite aids near me and they all have the same 6 colors.

Using a brush like MAC's 242 brush works best for these. Found that out last night with Shady Shores, it applies all patchy with my fingers but with the brush viola!

going to have to check those painpots out, but yeah I'm going to have to pick up sand dunes. I would really love it as a highlight for the eye.

So lately I've noticed the stores near me and been to do have limited edition stuff and it is that I couldn't see it before because it's so high up on the shelfs that I can't see since I'm so short

. All this time I've been going all around the city to find limited edition stuff smh.

Edit: I was kinda of disappointed after getting all of these there are a couple that exceptional and the others on me at least didn't do anything special and didn't work out quite right compared to the older ones. I think the extra slipage was the issue. So sadly quite a few of them I returned

Found these at Rite Aid. From top to bottom: Seashore Frost, Cool Crush, Icey Mint and Waves of White

Love all the colors especially waves of white and seashore frost. Going to see if I can get my hands on the others.

These are the exact ones I left Walgreens with today. I couldn't decided between Cool Crush &Blue Paradise, but I did end up getting CC.
I love Waves of White &Seashore Frosts. I was so excited to see the display at the first store I went to. They had all 8 here, too. I was under the impression (hadn't kept up with all the news on these) that there were only 6 or so.

I have it and I really like it!! The ferrule on mine came loose after 2 weeks (I hadn't even washed it yet and had only used it once) when I got it a few months back. I took it back to Mac and they replaced it with no problem!

Btw, I found a FULL, UNTOUCHED display of all the CTs at my Walgreens with L'oreal collection and pretty much every other limited drugstore collection. I picked up a backup of Seashore Frosts, but will give this one to my friend who doesn't have a cvs/walgreens near her at all. I didn't want to buy out both of them, so if I see it again at a CVS, I'll grab it for me. Why these displays only come with 2 shadows is beyond me.

These are popping up all over the place now. I think the best option for those on the hunt are the Walgreen's stores. The ones in New Orleans have a full Maybelline Summer display (a wall unit) that is stocked with all 8 colors. I initially got Cool Crush, Waves of White, Blue Paradise, and Seashore Frosts. Once I got them home to play, Blue Paradise was way too close to Waves of White and Cool Crush on my NC45 skintone so I took it back and got a back-up of Seashore Frosts. Seashore Frosts is THE ONE to own! I'm also contemplating Lavish Lavender. Happy hunting ladies!

These are soooo freaking pretty. The stores near me don't have all 8

, but I did manage to get my hands on Blue Paradise thanks to Yazmin. I'm debating if I should get the pearl one and they look so lovely with an lose pigment or mineralized eyeshadow on top.

While looking for Precious Pearl for another Specktrette, I had the first Walgreens I was at search their system to try and locate it. Info for first store was wrong - they didn't have it. Second store did have it - turns out they only just got their shipment recently and was just about the put the display up. I saved them the trouble and pretty much cleaned them out, LOL, so if anyone is still looking, let me know.

Yep, I have two full sets, plus a few extras. Since I kept getting CP requests, I decided to buy extras just in case.
