I did this look for a makeup contest in which I had to use red, green and white.

Products used on eyes:
NYX white
PL OMG
PL Charisma (highlight)
TMM Vegas and Turf (mixed with PL lining gel to line upper and lower lash line)
Maybelline Great Lash in blackest black
Black Kajal to line waterline

As for my lips, I lined them with Ulta lipliner in expresso, then filled them in with Loreal Pure Burgandy. Aslo applied a bit of Maybelline wetshine lipgloss in Spoiled in Rubies. The gloss has lil shimmer in it which you cant really see in the picture.
