Any Recs for getting this look?

What white eyeshadow should I use? I have Rondelle but it goes on more silvery than white on me. Im NW55

to get that super white look, I would lay down Frostlite fluidline in the shape that you want it - and then pack on a solid white shadow with some shimmer in it, like Chill.
Frost is way too glittery.
Then, use blacktrack fluidline to get that solid black around the eyes, with a liquid liner (boot black) traced overtop to make it SUPER black...
And for extra special fun... top and bottom fake lashes.

I would get a good primer- a light primer
then get MAC Pure White Pigment. With your Brush you pack it on, don't rub it on. Just dip it in and put it on the eye.

Use black track in a wing like manner on top and on the bottom use black track.

False lashes

and then just use chapstick on the lips.
