Congrats on the new home. I think it shows great maturity that ya'll were able to sit down and talk it out. My BF just moved in this week (it's my house). Before I would even consider letting him move in, I made sure we spelt out in black and white what we expected and who would pay for what. Everyone has different ideas, but as long as you guys agree and worked it out that's all that matters!
