I hope it's true. I didn't get one back when it came out, and I regretted it. I also didn't get Sensualize when it was out. I always avoid the browns in a collection, when I really shouldn't, since I always end up regretting it later.

I did get Bateau, though. I use it for my brows.

I heard this from another person at Mac who confirmed that it is being repromoted, though she didn't say when. I'm happy because I never saw the original but I've heard a lot about this color. i hope I'm not let down!

Right. And her shit was NEVER blended right or at all......So maybe MAC is trying to help her gaudy ass.

I've never had the original but I really want a color like this! From all the descriptions this sounds perfect!

Ahhh you need to see the collector Barbies - their makeup is divine on some Barbies.

but then I collect silkstone Barbies ( not playline Barbies) and makeup is one criteria we collectors look at- besides her hair, outfit, skin color, eyes, etc.

We can be very fussy over it all, believe me and Mattel has made some gorgeous dolls in the past few years.

I was just wondering...The name of the e/s is Mothbrown, right? But the Barbie loves MAC images show a grey e/s. And I know it has been released before...So, brown or grey: which is it? I´d like to know, because there is no MAC counter in my state, and I have to order everything based only on descriptions. TIA!

I haven't seen Moth Brown since when it came out with Madame B, but I recall it being a purpley brown color. It's VERY pretty.

It's a complex color. The first time around for Madame B they described it as a soft metallic grey-brown. If you scroll down to the last post in this thread:

Glitziegal has a good swatch pic of it. I do remember it having a purplish cast also, but I wouldn't swear to it as I swapped mine away...I might get it again, but I think I prefer Innuendo and French Grey on myself.
