Moving out, Can someone enlighten me on the pros and cons of moving with strangers?

omg it finally happened! I found the perfect roommate!
She's a bit older than me , she's new to my city, a photographer, non smoker, and has a job, my prayers have been answered!!!
I move in next week, I am so excited, especially since the place is super cheap, I only pay $450 a month but I have a uber small room... but who cares I'm free!!!!

Thanks I'm glad too, it's just been a very stressful summer filled with homelessness, fights, and cops.
I am just glad to be away from my family in a weeks time, and hopefully never see them again... I feel like I'm moving up, new place, hopefully I can turn over a new leaf and start over.
