Moving up in MAC professionally

Does anyone know how one become a trainer at MAC as I am interested in pursuing this at some point in my career with MAC. I know they told us at Basic Training, but I completely forgot! Can someone shed some light, please?

You basically just stay with the company as a makeup artist and keep applying for the position within the company and keep expressing interest to the current regional
