waternymph is my fav but its l/e and its more of a teal than true blue.. i vote for freshwater, deep truth, aquadisiac & tilt =]

Jewel blue is my favourite, a beautiful clean matte turquoise. I also adore Urban decay shattered.

I like teal-blues as well, straight up blue just looks wonky on me I think.
