My first MAC makeover!!! (FOTD done by my favorite MA)

WOW! You look absolutley stunning! I think you do just as fabulous on your own m/u and you should def. apply if they have openings. I'm curious as to why your foundation is NC and your powder is NW-? Did the "mix" just match your skin better? Thanks so much for posting. I'm so envious that you can wear color so well.

The reason for the combination is this:

My skin is fairly neutral...that's why I like wearing all colors of makeup, haha. But he used the NC to balance out the pink in my skin, but if he only used NC, it would be too yellow for me. He added the NW Studio Fix to balance it out.

And honestly...it's the best matching foundation combination I have ever had.

I'm telling you, he's brilliant. Haha

I'm going to have to try this combo because I am NC15, but find that if I wear NC15 foundation and powder it makes my skin awfully yellow and too dark. I just wish the NC15 Liquid SF was light enough for me because it is an amazing foundation:/

Awww...yeah, it really is. I'm sorry it's not light enough for you! You definitely should try using that combination. At least try it at the counter/store and see if you like it. I absolutely love it.

Wow he really did an awesome job! Whe I first saw this on LJ I thought how radient your skin looks and that gorgeous lip color. You look great!
