The person handling cash, really shouldn't be handling the drinks... Thats worse than a bit of chipped polish in my drink imho. Cash is soooooo dirty.
And regarding short nails in the hospital. Yeh I can fully understand that.
But coffee? I dunno. Seems like we go above and beyond whats "really" necessary to be sanitary and germ free. It's not like our bodies aren't built to handle germs/bacteria. Imagine asking your Mom to not get acrylics because she's cooking your food for dinner? lol.
How can Starbucks be sued, for ampolyees having fingernails? I'm curious as to the wording of the lawsuit... Sounds like like that judge sueing the drycleaners for the 65 million dollar pair of pants.

I've been unsuccessfully searching for a copy of the official starbucks dresscode... But from what I can infer from the links to pending suits over their dresscode, it's not about being sanitary, it's about uniformity. And what looks like the "percieved" standard of professional dress.
