Nail Polish Discussion - Any Brand

So Fiona says she's realised she can't post my polish because that shipment is still at customs at Stansted Airport. That's the September pre-order! I'm getting more and more certain that I won't be ordering from HHC anymore. Sounds like an absolute shitshow. (Edit: it's the October pre-order, but still.)

On the upside, my RC order is coming, and I've heard from Sophie that once the Aus delivery cost is paid, they'll ship the group buy. I'm just checking something with her, once I've heard back, I'll post the totals in the group.

That's worrying, I have a number of polishes in that shipment and it includes several VVs, which presumably won't be able to be replaced if the box is lost in Stansted They are definitely being a bit coy with posting info for buyers on that shipment I would guess Fedex have lost it, never known that to happen before.
On the plus side, I have your later items ready to go, I think that one lost shipment has caused a lot of these problems plus Fedex really don't seem to be helpful on the admin side. I must admit, I'd prefer to get them Stackry to me and combine two orders, never had an issue with my packages that way.

I also received my RC order, very happy with those too.



I will try and post some mani pictures this weekend, but life has been busy as usual.

Oh, and the FF package should be here by Thursday. I wanted to ask people to pay for the shipping before I did, but I never got a reply from Sophie about whether my January order was included, so paid it and will sort out the shipping costs once I receive it. I think the new customer services person isn't very good at customer service and Sophie has been off for a while now. Oh well, it's fine. I just hope everything is included and it gets here safely.

Of course, I know you will! Everyone will and it's fine, it's not a huge amount anyway. I just didn't want to ask for it before I know what's included. I bought a few polishes at the beginning of January and although I didn't ask for that order to be included (didn't want to delay the group buy as it was the FF preorder), I wanted to make sure it's not. Tracking says it should be here by Thursday, but if it's not here on Tuesday, I'll ask for Friday delivery. My children aren't very reliable when it comes to answering the door in the morning and I'm in the office on Thursdays.

I'm pretty happy with my order too, I will try and post some pictures soon. Been having a really shit time, plus this weather is sucking away all my energy. So cold and gloomy every single day. Bring on spring!

Although I do wish she restocked EdM as I have quite a few on my wishlist, but I don't want to start a Stackry box. I also prefer not to buy much from RC.

That's a cute little haul, the FFs look really nice and sparkly but I adore the GPL particularly, which was also a standout in my delivery from you! I don't buy too much purple polish these days as I have way too many (as all those Illyrian polishes I've been wearing has proved to me) but it is so stunning I had to have it! As you know, I stopped buying FF polishes years ago due to repeated disappointment when getting them on my nails - I always love them in the bottles and in swatches but I have held firm on that policy as I have way too much polish to spend money on stuff I'll be disappointed with.
Sorry I was too late responding to save you having to buy the EdM again but I'm glad Dawn's sorted that out. (I was expecting Dawn to update on the lost box but she took a while to do that)
Sadly my VVs are gone and not even covered financially, which is no-one's fault and I haven't made any noise about it as they were being sent as a favour that went wrong. Tammy at VV saw my message to Dawn about it and asked for a list of the missing. She replaced the two she still had available for free, and threw in two different ones that she was holding for me, plus free shipping to Dawn to forward them for me. I'm obviously a bit gutted on what I've lost but nothing to be done about it. Maybe she will re-release some of them in the future, and of course I am not short of polish so I am taking it as the price of getting hold of all of my lovely VV goodies I have had via HHC in a philosophical fashion!
Also sorry to hear EdM no longer ship to the UK Let's hope FF start restocking more frequently. I've noticed both them and Nailland have been disappointing recently with loads of stuff I would have bought from both sites not ever getting listed. Not sure what's happening with stockists these days.

That sucks, but it's very nice of Tammy to replace what was still available. Yes, unfortunately there’s a risk when ordering from overseas. Hope you will love the ones you do eventually receive.
