With much gnashing of teeth I've given away hundreds of euros' worth of eye shadows that give me fallout to people who wear them without a hint of fallout.
I'm not sure which I hate worse, fallout or panda eyes.

Because it's a fake, you have NO idea what ingredients are in those eye shadows.
Bin it and send your mum flowers to cheer her up and remind her how much you love her.
