NARS Audacious Lipstick

So I was all excited to finally get my Charlotte, the Audacious lippie I've been swooning over since they were first released, but patiently waited for a sale. It arrived today (along with the rest of my shameful stash from Sephora)...and it looks a little weird. I'm not sure if this is some sort of manufacturing defect, something caused by the change in the weather, or if it somehow got touched. Is it possible that it was touched if it was ordered online? I really need opinions on this. It's funny because the exact reason I order online instead of buying makeup in Sephora stores is because I'm so paranoid that somebody could've opened the product I'm buying and swatched it (or worse)...and now I'm debating if I should bring this back to the store tomorrow, since I'll be near one anyway, to exchange it for a new one. I'm posting 3 pictures even though they're all basically the same, but it was hard to get a good picture of the spot I'm talking about. I think you'll see it though. Really in need of opinions on this from my expert makeup buyers (basically every specktrette!). Note: You might have to click to make them bigger to see it.

If you look at it from the side in the light & its smooth...no fingerprint...you're safe. It happens in manufacturing. I've received a few like that. Not Nars but ls in general.

If you look at it from the side in the light & its smooth...no fingerprint...you're safe. It happens in manufacturing. I've received a few like that. Not Nars but ls in general.

Then I won't bother stressing myself out by going into a Sephora tomorrow. I heard from a few friends that the stores were crazy today. Thanks!!

[@]ChosenOne[/@] I think you already have your answer, but it looks like that one might have come out of the mould slightly crooked and pressed against the side. I agree that the mark is too smooth and uniform to have been made by a finger.
