It's really not that hard to do, once you do it!  I said "no more" several years ago!   Once I discovered Rouge D'Armani lipsticks (same several years ago), I started looking at higher end lippies (I'm addicted to lipstick!).  So, now I'm in trouble with Armani, then Tom Ford, then Rouge Gs, now Audacious.... etc!  I think I've bought maybe TWO Mac lippies in the last several years and it was because I liked the color and thought "Hey, it's $15... a lot less than I'm used to spending!"   But I don't miss all the craziness and the million-collections-a-year, and not quite knowing what quality you were getting.  Although, now I am getting that madness in being addicted to TF, and that is sort of reaching the level of MAC craziness ... but his products are well worth it!

Yass!! Tom Ford lipsticks:) I'm thinking about treating myself with 1 for Christmas...I kinda hope I don't like them bc they r rather pricey lol. And yeah I think I'm really done with Mac. Of course my husband doesn't believe me but I really am tired of them. Rocky Horror Picture Show was the last freakin straw! Selling out within minutes is excuse my language BULLSHIT! My relationship with them is unhealthy. I'm kicking off my new years resolution early...cutting ties with anything unproductive!

You can do it!! Honestly, once I made the decision, I really haven't felt like I've missed out on anything by not buying MAC. MAC was my gateway years ago when I first started becoming *addicted* to makeup ... good price, good selection, etc. But, I also don't remember it being the way it is now, the new collection craziness is out of control!

Out of the higher ends, TF really is the brand that does have some of that LE craziness. BUT, aside from the Nude Dip quad, you could still find the products for quite some time at the stores/online. Every other brands' LE items are usually available for a time too, some items you just can't wait too long. Out of all the other wonderful lipstick brands out there, they have all of the colors covered too!

I need to try TF lippies. I'm obsessed with the cream eyeshadows (the LE ones go QUICK). I got a mini TF lippie today as a free gift for my cream shadow order (which won't actually ship until next month apparently lol) so I'll see how I feel about that one. If I fall in love then it's a wrap

oh I totally will. My girlfriend is going to buy me a sephora gift card for Christmas and the first thing I'm going to get is a Nars lipstick. I will definitely post pics!!!
