I thought about ^that too.My nars online order is yet to be shipped too though it shows expected delivery as Wednesday.I was planning on placing an order for Dominique but Barney's doesn't seem to have it up online. Is it possible to call them & make an order even if it's still not listed online???

You might have to call a specific store and have them ship it to you. Still can't hurt to call..corporate(?) instead to see if it's just an oversight.

I just found out we have a Barney's down here. I thought it was a Barney's co-op, so I'm going to call to see if they carry cosmetics. If they do I will be going down there at some point to actually swatch in store. If they don't and I don't see Dominique on the Barney's site on Friday I will do my order through NARS. I really want Dominique. I'm having second thoughts about Silvia.

Brought home Dominique, Janet and Claudia and they are perfect and amazing! I was worried Dominique might not be as purple as I wanted it to be since the high end companies seem to like to keep their purples closer to the "safe" side as apposed to the full on VG Nicki 2 or even Dodgy Girl but on my pigmented lips it really turned out an opaque purple, no if's, and's or muted pinks about it!
And this might seem silly but there must be some other Specktrettes who think this is as grin-worthy as I do: the magnetic cases are strong enough that they stick together when closed. LOL it's like they're BFF's or Lego lipsticks that insist on staying together

Oh and Unlawful insisted on coming home with the trio of BFF's and it is lovely! I hadn't bought a new Nars blush in a long time and this one is a wonderfully natural glow that's easy to apply without fear of clown face. I was worried about all the sparkles I saw on the beat up tester in the store but when I tried it on the sparkles disappeared. If anything there is a lovely pink sheen only apparent when fully in the light and only if you layer it on heavily.

Janet is gonna be fabulous for the fall!! There is no hint of warm red in this deep berry red and that is just how I like them! I really just don't like the way warm, orange based reds look on me and have purged them out of my collection. Janet is definitely deep and cool toned, but not neon. She is a sophisticated berry red with almost a faint bluish sheen in the right light? I'll have to try her out during the day to confirm. Oh and when I say deep I just mean to emphasize that it's not neon. I don't mean like deep, vampy dark.
Janet also seems to be a bit creamier and has a bit more shine to her than Claudia and Dominique. I would still call it a satin in general, definitely NOT glossy, but in comparison to the other 2 that I have had on my lips, Janet definitely felt creamier, reflected a bit more light and required a little more care in swiping on to the lips. Hehehe an intense color that's not a sheer nude will probably always require a bit more care but Janet is definitely the more slippery sister of the 3 so far! I will probably use a lip brush with it next time especially since the pigment on all of them is AMAZEBALLS!

I was wondering where you wereI want to order 1 or 2 of these to try the formula. I know that will probably open the floodgates, and I will end up buying a lot more. I just can't decide what to order. I like almost all of them based on swatches that I have seen.
