Eek. I can't wait until these arrive up here. I'm not willing to take a chance on ordering from the website, but they aren't in Canadian stores yet. Elegant- You're making me want Annabella and I don't need another warm red. Ever. Does anyone have any opinions on Kelly vs Grace? Both look beautiful, I'm just trying to figure out which I absolutely must have.

I haven't had a chance to catch up on this thread yet but I just had to vent a minute. I decided to call NARS CS earlier today to get an update on my order. The lady that answered was pleasant but put me on hold for a good minute to check. When she came back she told me that it looks as if my order was shipped yesterday with an expected delivery date of August 28! That's next Thursday. What the heck?! I asked if that was normal and she said that it does take 5-7 business days. Where I live just about nothing takes that long to be delivered. SHEESH! I asked her if she could send the tracking number to my email. She confirmed my email address from my order and said she'd send it. This was like 8 hours ago. Well, I just checked my email and no msg from NARS and when I check the NARS website, my order still says 'SHIPPING SOON' with no tracking. UGH!!!

How many lipsticks did you order? I mean they offer free two day shipping over $50 now, so it's ridiculous you can get a package on the 28th!!

I just placed an order at Nars.com
& it went through fine. I just hope I do not have issues. Barneys had to go to a store to fulfill my Raquel lipstick which was going to take a few days so I called a store to place my order, he told me they had the 3 lipsticks I wanted so I cancelled my online order only to find out that the SA was wrong & they did not have all 3 in stock
So, I just ordered from the Nars site. People can be so incompetent it drives me nuts. Every place I called was sold out of Marisa.
Anyhow, I ordered Raquel, Marisa & Kelly.

Really? My friend just tried to place an order at Nars.com, but she said she couldn't order because of some technical problem at the website.I just placed an order at Nars.com& it went through fine. I just hope I do not have issues. Well here's what I have.....for now! Dominique Silvia Brigitte Kelly Julie Marisa Raquel Anita Juliette Jane Vanessa Anna Barbara I had no real problem ordering from Nars except I never got a tracking number or email letting me know when they shipped. I had to call them for the info. I ordered on Saturday and got them yesterday. It's a crapshoot. I love the texture of these lipsticks they are like cashmere, they last incredibly long, even after eating. The best part is that I don't need to wear gloss with them, I usually do with other lipsticks.

Well it was 2 trips to Barney's and one mail order!
That's the one I want too, perfect with Dominique, I hope!
