I'm going to have to head to Nordstrom and look at Adelaide in person. It looks so nice on Boots and Chi but my pores are skeptical about that silver glitter!

Girl yes, unless I use it solely down my nose, my angry skin will attack me & visible pores is a no no, plus I've spent too much money on getting my skin right...scared of any glitter.

I say kill the lemming and order it. If it turns out to be too glittery for you, then pass it on to someone else or return it. I received mine yesterday and plan to try it out today. Plus it looks so darn pretty in swatches.

When I think about a product a lot but still pass on it, I end up hunting for it on auction sites later on. Kicking myself in the process.

Thats it - Well Dressed! I was trying to think of what it reminded me of & there may be one other similar blush. Thats good to know.

So, how glittery is the illuminator??? more glitter than shimmer?

The base of Adelaide is a really pretty subtle sheen akin to something like benefits highbeam (in texture not color) etc, and then there's random glitter chunks thrown in. So weird, but so pretty. I applied it lightly under the blush which seemed to mask whatever glitter was visible (not much is visible on the skin) and leave me with a really pretty sheen!

I tried to gather everything in my collection that was similar to Sex Fantasy for comparison!


Sex Fantasy (L), Mac Full of Joy(M), and Unconventional (R)

Mac Full of Joy is a lot more lavender and cool, Unconventional is a lot softer and less bright.
All three colors will give you a similar look on the skin, but Sex Fantasy looks like a nice pink on the cheeks, Unconventional and Full of Joy look purple on the skin.


Sex Fantasy and Mac Well Dressed

Well Dressed has a subtle sheen and is a lot warmer. Sex Fantasy is softer and more pigmented than Well Dressed. Well Dressed wears for about 4 hours before it begins to fade and oxidize. Sex Fantasy wore for a full 8 hours, no oxidizing or fading.

I was dreaming of Sex Fantasy but did not have on.. yet.. lol

anyway, my mu was gorgeous last evening and my date was in awe, until one of my fake lashes fell offf.. rofmao. It is sooooo hot and the humidity is overwhelming, poor old Duo gave up the ghost. I was laughing all the way home.
