Nars x Sarah Moon Holiday 2016

I've ordered the two duos, the nude matte ls and the Isadora blush. I'm not sure why I suddenly wanted those items, maybe it's the Metropolis theme. Apparently we won't get everything from the collection in the EU Nars shop, since so far only one of the sets is available.

Ooooh, just checked the lashes for the first time. They seem so nice and feminine.

Impudique is quite pigmented, but worth it. I just use one of my Wayne Goss or Japanese brushes (low density, fluffy) and build it slowly. Gorgeous color.

Isadora has a stiffer texture than most NARS blushes, but it is also worth it b/c the color is unique and very flattering on. I use a brush of medium density to apply. That way it's not difficult to blend but still gives enough color. I've heard of people having issues blending this blush.

Ooooh, just checked the lashes for the first time. They seem so nice and feminine.

Just arrived yesterday, but I only had time today to take a closer look. Both Isadora and Indecent Proposal are much darker than I had anticipated given the swatches. Also, they have more of a brown tinge. I expected something closer to peach/nude. But, I really like them both. Especially the lipstick. I thought it might be a bit drying since it's a matte, but that's not the case at all. I'm thinking about getting all the other colors as well.

What I love most about the collection is that it really nails the 1920s/Metropolis spirit. Even if you put on the e/s and blush very lightly, they definitely have that silent movie star look. I totally love it. For me it's the best winter collection in years, and not only from Nars.

Sounds so perfect! I love that look as well. Mine shipped today, so this makes me even more excited to get them. Do you think you'll get any of the other lipstick shades? I'm thinking I may want a red or two. Please post any more thoughts you have on your items. Thanks so much!

I'm thinking about Indes Galantes and the two blushes, but my Nordies did not have these out.

Got my order today & I absolutely LOVE everything! Both blushes are so beautiful. The lipstick seemed dark at first but its very flattering on me. Love the the es duo too. Very happy with everything. Ha, they didn't even bother to tape the shipping box shut

Help! Nars EU has the rest of the collection now as well and I want the big palette and the lipstick coffret! And of course those matte lippies! *screams soundlessly*

I'm definitely buying the new red Audacious lipstick, but I am on a low buy for makeup in general right now. I just have so much! I had to cut myself off at some point.

Of course, i've switched to buying hair products, so I am not sure that I have improved my spending habits

Hair maintenance is important, so treat yourself with those hair products! The new Audacious lipsticks (Apoline, Stefania, Mona, Kate, and Shirley) are permanent, so they'll be around for a while.
