Most stores have a POS system, and the VP can look and see if how much you drop there. Even if you are not a high level customer, rudeness is unacceptable. Bite me comes to mind. I shot an email to the VP and the Cosmetic manager at the NM I go to over the nasty crap this one chic older then Christ gave me. Find a product specialist in the line and/or a personal shopper.
