no answer at pro?

i was calling mac pro to try and order some stuff and i was on the phone for so long and nobody ever answered, has that ever happened to anyone else, how long did it take them to answer?

I've tried a couple times and the same time happened to me. . .
it usually means they aren't open.
If they're open, they've always picked up right away.

since you probably have the number handy, would you mind sending it to me? I needed to call and order a few things. . .& I know I have it written down somewhere around here, but it'd probably take me FOREVER to find it. Thanks!

It's happened to me a few times. Sometimes it takes forever. If it's longer than 10 minutes I hang up and try again in an hour or so. I think that the hours are 9-5 eastern time.

bluegrassbabe is right, I just read on the site that the hours are 9-5 EST.

the phone will ring even when their not open so u just godda make sure that u call during buisness hours
