I am very excited. I got an invite to the prostore at the mall I work at. I wasn't planning on buying anymore makeup but I guess that will change now.

You can bring a guest but I think I want to go by myself. More Stoli and snacks for me

I lucked out! I got an e-vite, an invitation in the mail, and also a call fom my local MAC store inviting me to the preview.

this is a little offtopic, but how on earth does everyone get these invites? my MA invites me to their little events all the time, but i never get one of these nice MAC invites...i don't shop at a pro store though, is that why?

I never used to get them..I collect postcards and was always kind of mad that I never got them, so I called up the MAC CS in new york and complained and now I get their invites. Maybe get your name on the mailing list? I've never shopped at a pro store, but if you call up your local mac store and get your name on a list you might start getting them.
