That little baby may have suffered more than anyone will ever know, maybe even shaken baby syndrome. The way the baby landed on the ground may result in this.

I hope that teen gets what he deserves, a long time in jail. Not juvenile detention, but jail time. 16 is old enough to know what the is considered wrong and right. just because he is 16 shouldn't give him an excuse for a lesser sentence because we all know that if an adult would have done that, they would be getting the maximum sentence.

If I was the mother of the baby I'd be suing that boy's ass. I hope that guy regrets it and NEVER does it again. He better get some jail time and be sorry for what he did. No one knows what effect this had on the poor baby, until maybe the baby grows up and something's terribly wrong. I can't believe it...
