I'd bought the Blue Velvet macaron lippie back when I had a five dollars off coupon for doing a survey, and then the wicked lippies come out...
So now I've got quite the list of things I need. But oh my goodness, I do love Blue Velvet-- and I got compliments all day on it!

Thank you and you are quite welcome. The smore I look at your lipstick I am reminded of the new Melt purple lipstick coming out next month. It is called Dark Room. See the Melt thread. obviously the Nyx purple crayon is much cheaper and just as pretty as you well know. Check it out though.You are always so sweet vandekamp thank you.

I absolutely would... I'm tempted by anything mint-colored, actually. And I have a kind of an acid green OCC lip tar that I bought on clearance when it had been discontinued, but it doesn't actually keep its green long on me, it just turns into a nude with a gold shimmer... But then, most of my work consists of the stuff I do at a local arts center and the stuff I do at home, so I don't have to worry about that-- I can see how you'd avoid going too out there, but Hallowe'en is a good time to experiment with a wild color that you couldn't wear for everyday!

That's a really good idea. I may get a black lipstick to wear only on Halloween. Thanks for the suggestion.

Finally got my Wicked lippies in the mail today! I've only tried on Power so far but it's gorgeous. I also picked up the Simply Vamp collection and I can't wait to try them out.

I only had application issues with Scandalous and Immortal. Scandalous is really slippy and would NOT stick to the inner parts of my lips. Even freshly applied, it looked like it was starting to wear off in the centre. Immortal is more workable. It's very slippy, and when you rub your lips together it creates lines (if you know what I mean) but if you do a couple of thinner layers, it seems to work better.
