yay! i just came back from a preview party.
i was able to take home my nocturnelle pics: all woman lipglass, and subtle pigment, the subtle pigment surprised me, it's very pretty in reality, it's a warm silvery pale brown. very rich and classy.
i've been trying to add some neutrals to my collection and this one is a winner.
i gave the entremauve a try on my hand and i wasn't that crazy about it. it looked much prettier in the jar.
i also ordered from formal black: the warm palette and the brush set in the box (a xmas gift for my friend, if i don't cave and give it to myself!)
the sets are really cute, i might run back for the viva glam palette, the packaging is gorgeous.
it was really fun, the staff at tower city in cleveland are really nice.

I loved the holiday sets, it was so hard to choose. I ended up ordering the warm eyes, it's being shipped to my house tomorrow.
I also picked up Entremauve, Embraceable l/s and Taupe Notch l/g. Taupe Notch looked so boring in the tube and I swear, if I didn't swatch it, I never would have bought it. The tube color doesn't do it justice, at all. Neither does the MAC site swatch.
