DFS is Duty Free Store (I think store), though lately it hasn't been really duty free since there's tax involved nowadays. There's a floor to the store that only international travellers can go into, but two of the three floors are open to the public.

I belive they are planning to be released in the summer for the US.

I got GWPs once when I bought stuff at the one of the MAC stores in Chicago, I got a sample thing of each mv1,2, and 3..I believe..this was a few years ago. ;/
