Girl About Town sounds pretty much exactly what you're looking for. It's very cool toned, bright as anything, and awesome.

I personally like Impassioned more, but it's a lot warmer.

I ended up getting Vivacious at my local CCO. I love it! Just wish there wasn't glitter, but it's a compromise I made in order to save 30 percent.

I'd recommend Chatterbox. Just got it the other day, and I absolutely love it. It's a bright pink, but so wearable, even for a daytime look. Try it, you won't be dissapointed. It's amplified formula, which I love, creamy and long lasting, very pigmented.
